Tim Gaspar
Owner/CEO
Tim Gaspar is the proud owner and principal at Gaspar Insurance services. Tim started his insurance career with Marsh & Co in Los Angeles where he worked as a benefits counsel assisting people with their life and benefits insurance needs. Tim left Marsh in 2002 and joined a small independent insurance agency in Encino where he worked as a producer offering auto, home and commercial insurance. Over a period of five years, Tim built his book of business to include over 2,000 clients and in early 2008 broke off to start Gaspar Insurance Services. As of mid 2011 Gaspar Insurance Services has 10 employees and over 4,000 clients both personal and commercial.
Tim lives with his lovely wife Christina, an attorney with the Department of Justice and son Ryan in Woodland Hills. In addition to loving what he does, Tim enjoys running, mountain bike riding, music, movies and travel. Additional info includes;

Ron Parlee
After attending Cal. State Northridge, Ron became finance manager for Universal Studios Entertainment Department for four years responsible for their annual $20 million budget tracking show and special project costs. He then had the opportunity to work for Walt Disney Entertainment as a project manager responsible for handling project costs and scheduling for their traveling show in Taiwan. Once that ended, Ron then moved to a several year project team creating all the live entertainment for the New Tokyo DisneySea theme park in Japan. Responsible for tracking the budget and scheduling of the building of shows and entertainment.
Once that project ended, Ron decided to stay local due to family and started in the insurance business getting his license in 2000. Ron successfully ran the day to day operations of a small insurance office for 11 years. Ron is experienced in all lines of personal and commercial property and casualty insurance. In 2009, he decided to move to a more productive and competitively growing agency, Gaspar Insurance Services.
Chad G. Charton
Vice President, Life & Employee Benefits Division Producer
Chad G. Charton entered the insurance and financial services industry in 2002. He is a resident insurance producer and practices in a wide range of areas including personal insurance, commercial insurance, employee benefits consulting, life insurance planning, disability insurance and long term care planning. Chad brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team and his practice is driven entirely on furthering the interests of his diverse clientele. Chad has a contagious passion for our industry and thrives on providing the highest caliber of advisory services to our clients. Chad achieved a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Financial Services from California State University, Northridge where he served as student body president. Chad was also honored to serve on the California Student Aid Commission, a position appointed by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Chad is a registered first degree black belt with the World Tae Kwon Do Federation and enjoys volunteering for the City of Los Angeles.
Hong Ta
Hong was born and raised in Philadelphia. He recently obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University located in north Philadelphia, PA.
Jeff Drozen
Jeff Drozen was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Jeff graduated from Emory University in Atlanta. While there, he ate lots of amazing BBQ in the South and also met his wife Alicia at Emory. They got married August 4, 2007 in Philadelphia. Jeff is passionate about Insurance because it is a service industry devoted to building real relationships and truly helping his clients to make sure they are properly protected and secured against possible dangers. Insurance is something everyone needs, but can be confusing and overwhelming. Jeff takes pleasure in advising his clients through those difficult waters to understand their policies and feel comfortable that they are properly covered.
When not in the office, Jeff’s passions are sports, movies and travel.
Alexander Kaminsky
Alexander Sasha Kaminsky has been in sales for seven years, he has consistently been a top producer in most any field. In 2008, after careful consideration he stepped into the field of insurance. Sasha enjoys working with people and helping them both save money and protect their assets making insurance a good fit. Sasha speaks three different languages and B.A. Degree in Performing Arts. Sasha Kaminsky is grateful for being a part of Gaspar Insurance Services and FMS Partners, which allows to present his clients with an access to more than 300 carriers for Life, Health, Disability, Long Term Care, Auto, Home, Business & Professional Liability insurances. Sasha procures 99% of his business from referral which speaks for itself in regards to his services.
Sasha has been a Los Angeles resident as of 2001. He is a proud husband and a father of Max & Renee and lives in Tarzana, CA. As a professional trained Actor, Sasha and his wife Yanna are big movie buffs and enjoy traveling and family events as well.
Kimberley Venturi
My name is Kimberley Venturi and I’m a Property & Casualty Specialist for Gaspar Insurance. My job here at Gaspar Insurance is to service all personal lines policies (auto, home, etc) and help out our clients with their needs. I’ve currently been working for Tim Gaspar for about 3 years and I’ve enjoyed my time here at Gaspar Insurance. Customer Service is what I do best and I enjoy helping our clients.
My life journey started in a small town called Crescent City, CA. Some of you may have heard about it in the news for their bad luck with being hit with Tsunamis. After spending my childhood and most of my teenage years there, my parents decided to move to the Bay Area where I spent 9 years. The Bay Area brought new exciting adventures good and bad. Almost 3 years of being there I found myself in the mortgage industry which ending up being a good thing because I met a lot of people and it created the opportunity for me to move to Los Angeles where I still reside today. Unfortunately though before my journey ended in the Bay Area I lost my mom. It has not been easy but I have definitely become a stronger person.
After realizing that the mortgage industry had taken a turn for the worse, I realized it was time for a change so I decided to try out the Insurance world where I have been since. My life is not all about work though. I also enjoy being social, going on exciting trips on the weekends and spending time with my friends and family.
Dustin King
Dustin King has been in the insurance industry since 1999. He has proficient background in personal lines insurance and has been perfecting his knowledge and understanding of commercial lines policies for the past 3 years. He has worked for a variety of independent brokers and agencies in the past including A.I.S and State Farm. He always strives to deliver the best possible customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our clients. He has been a valuable asset to Gaspar Insurance and will occasionally step in to help manage the office during times when the agency owner is unavailable. His excellent work ethics and understanding of customer service will often go beyond the office and transfer into how he runs his own personal life. On Dustin’s days off, he prefers spending time with his wife Jessica and their 2 dogs. He also enjoys getting out on the trails for some mountain biking and other outdoor activities. He has lived in the San Fernando Valley all of his life, and really likes it when he can help out friends, family, and other clients to obtain a better understanding of their insurance coverage; while still of course trying to save them money. He is in the process of becoming life insurance licensed and would like to also expand his education for financial planning.
Yue He
Welcome to Gaspar Insurance Services’ web page! I am Yue. I graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with B.S. Degree in Accountancy and Finance in May 2011. I speak Japanese and Chinese beside English. While at CSUN, I worked as a Student Assistant Supervisor for Technical Services Department at Oviatt Library for over three years. There, I have learned how to train personnel, and provide a professional work environment. I would like to apply the knowledge and the skills that I have obtained in the university toward Gaspar Insurance Services. Everyone at Gaspar Insurance Services is very dedicated in providing the best services and put their greatest contribution toward customers. I enjoy being a part of Gaspar team.
Beside studies, I was a member of CSUN Ballroom Dance Club, International Student Inc., and Cross Cultural Club at CSUN. I like to make friends from various culture backgrounds, and learn different perspectives from them. In addition, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and camping as my personal hobbies.
Josh Mee
Josh Mee has been a fire and casualty specialist for nearly 10 years. He has a unique ability to find the most competitive offerings for insurance in today’s marketplace, specializing in the needs of a family’s auto, home, and personal liability protection. One of his traits that makes him so successful is going beyond what is comfortable to find offerings that others agents may not want to take the time to find. Josh Mee’s role with Gaspar Insurance Services extends beyond simply insuring clients; he trains other insurance agents and clients alike with finding proper coverage and making sure an Insurance company is a proper fit for a client.
Aside from insurance, Josh Mee is an avid hockey fan which is unique for a Southern California native. He also enjoys mountain biking, crossfit, and most importantly spending time with his lovely wife Sunny.
TJ Pabustan
TJ Pabustan was born in the Philippines and migrated to the United States in 2001. TJ graduated from California State University Long Beach with a BS Degree in Finance and Investments. In college, TJ is involved with the CSULB Filipino American organization and his fraternity Zeta Phi Rho. He is proud of his Filipino heritage and always tries to find ways to benefit the Filipino American community through volunteer work. His work experience prior to the insurance industry includes construction accounting and retail banking. He had his start in the insurance industry in 2010 with Life and accident and health insurance, eventually worked with the Property and Casualty insurance. In April 2011, TJ joined Gaspar Insurance services and has been grateful because about the expertise and knowledge of the people in the agency. On TJ’s free time, he loves playing basketball, tennis, and golf.
Andre Mendez
